With variations offered for beginners so you may modify according to individual strengths and weaknesses. This open level Pilates Mat course will help you build a strong foundation and Incorporating strength, mobility and stretching movements.

    Really great class for someone looking to get to grips with the basics of Pilates. I’ve taken lots of Pilates classes but this is the first one where I truly understood how to turn on my core muscles. Elena is a fantastic & supportive teacher – the pace is just perfect for a beginner. Highly recommended.
