Flow or vinyasa yoga is a breath based flowing practice supporting proper alignment and mindfulness. Students will experience a comprehensive, balanced yoga class with expert instruction throughout the class.

Each class will ended with a guided relaxation to allow you restore and soak up all the benefits of the practice. You will leave this Beginners Flow Yoga class feeling more relaxed and balanced.
