An intermediate level yoga class suitable for students with a good level of fitness or previous yoga experience.

Flow or vinyasa yoga is a breath based flowing practice supporting proper alignment and mindfulness. Students will experience a comprehensive, balanced yoga class with expert instruction throughout the class.

Each class will ended with a guided relaxation to allow you restore and soak up all the benefits of the practice. You will leave this Flow Yoga class feeling more relaxed and balanced.

This Improvers Flow or Vinyasa Yoga is aimed for students who have completed our Beginner’s Flow Yoga course or for students with some previous yoga experience.
