Hatha Flow Yoga Beginners


5 Week Hatha Flow Beginner’s Yoga Course: 8.15pm, Tuesday 25th June 2024

Hatha Flow is an embodied hybrid flow of Hatha Yoga and Flow Yoga; suitable for all levels. The class will incorporate both moving with the breath and holding poses to allow students find stillness and create balance. Hatha Flow Yoga helps improve flexibility and strength as you weave with the breath through creative transitions that lengthen, strengthen and centre you. Each class will end with a relaxing savasana to calm the central nervous system and absorb the benefits of the practice. The grounding flow of this class will help students to release tension and unwind from daily life.

Your instructor Kayleigh is passionate about creating that safe space for her students and will work with where you are in your yoga journey.
