Hatha Yoga Classes | Mixed Level

1 Week IN-PERSON Hatha Yoga Course: 7pm, Monday 22nd July 2024

Hatha Yoga classes open to all ages and levels of fitness. Hatha Yoga is a great foundation to work on your alignment, learn relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with doing yoga while building strength and flexibility. Experience yoga poses that tone and stretch. Hatha Yoga Classes include breathing techniques and a relaxation.

Mixed or All Level Hatha yoga class, suitable for beginners to yoga and those with experience looking to develop their practice. These Hatha Yoga classes embrace a range of levels, with modifications and opportunities to intensify or simplify as needed.

This class will be taught in our Yoga Studio however in the event of a Government lockdown, classes will automatically switch to Zoom.

    Really Enjoyable Class – great atmosphere and mix of poses. Clear instruction with easier options given for more challenging poses. Always feel like a new person after every class.

    Ger is a very gifted yoga teacher, who has great insight into teaching yoga. She is exactly what you would want from your yoga instructor.

    She has helped me greatly over the last few months overcome some post-natal back pain. I have found tremendous relief from the stretching, twisting, bending and other poses that Ger has inflicted.. sorry, I mean shown, me! Sorry Ger, you have been fantastic in encouraging me to stretch my muscles just that little bit more to get the most out of my yoga classes!

    I really feel I have benefitted so much from each class working in a gentle way on all the different muscle groups in my body.

    Ger shows great dedication by ensuring each participant gets the most out of their yoga class. It is clear she has great insight and, using her very gentle manner she never intimidates the participants. She encourages each student to challenge themselves that little bit more. And I can see she wants to see everyone in her class to improve at their own level.

    Even when I am soooo tired after work I look forward to her classes immensely and I wouldn’t miss them. I always come away from the class feeling great and more refreshed than when I went in and I haves great sleep afterwards!

    I have been attending Ger’s Hatha Yoga classes for over 10 years. She has a fantastic easy style but she really challenges you. It’s not just a business with her but a way of life. She encourages every student and treats everyone according to their ability. She gets more out of you than you thought you had to give. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced at yoga, Ger adjusts poses to suit your particular ability.
    I highly recommend any of her classes as they are life changing! I have benefited so much from my yoga practice with Ger.

    Ger is a great yoga teacher who has a lovely gentle positive manner. She is very motivating and helps guide and adjust you (if you need the help) in the different poses. I always come away from her classes feeling relaxed and energised at the same time. The yoga is great for stretching muscles and getting rid of aches and stiffness. I would highly recommend her classes.
