Hatha Yoga classes open to all ages and levels of fitness. Hatha Yoga is a great foundation to work on your alignment, learn relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with doing yoga while building strength and flexibility. Experience yoga poses that tone and stretch. Hatha Yoga Classes include breathing techniques and a relaxation.

    Really Enjoyable Class – great atmosphere and mix of poses. Clear instruction with easier options given for more challenging poses. Always feel like a new person after every class.

    Ger is a very gifted yoga teacher, who has great insight into teaching yoga. She is exactly what you would want from your yoga instructor.

    She has helped me greatly over the last few months overcome some post-natal back pain. I have found tremendous relief from the stretching, twisting, bending and other poses that Ger has inflicted.. sorry, I mean shown, me! Sorry Ger, you have been fantastic in encouraging me to stretch my muscles just that little bit more to get the most out of my yoga classes!

    I really feel I have benefitted so much from each class working in a gentle way on all the different muscle groups in my body.

    Ger shows great dedication by ensuring each participant gets the most out of their yoga class. It is clear she has great insight and, using her very gentle manner she never intimidates the participants. She encourages each student to challenge themselves that little bit more. And I can see she wants to see everyone in her class to improve at their own level.

    Even when I am soooo tired after work I look forward to her classes immensely and I wouldn’t miss them. I always come away from the class feeling great and more refreshed than when I went in and I haves great sleep afterwards!
