New Year Yoga Workshop

2-Hour New Year | New You Yoga Workshop: 10.30am, Saturday TBA January 2021

Forget the traditional resolutions, instead cultivate a positive intention(sankalpa) to make better choices for your body and mind.

This 2-hour yoga workshop offers you the perfect space to ignite your intention and restore balance after Christmas and New Year celebrations.

A mindful flow of movements will reconnect you to a sense of inner aliveness. Yoga postures will be sequenced to promote detoxification, strengthen your immune system and boost your energy levels. Gentle Somatic Movements will release any tightness or tension held in your body. Your depth of presence and awareness guides you to experience each breath and it’s potential for renewal and wholeness.

The workshop will close with a deeply soothing relaxation. Leave feeling re-energised, refreshed and ready for a great year ahead! No experience is necessary. Suitable for all Levels.

This two hour workshop is led by Deirdre Mullins Somatic Exercise Coach, Clinical Somatic Educator and experienced Yoga teacher. She is passionate about sharing Somatic embodied practices which improve mobility, stability and function while also helping to relieve stress so we can all experience life more fully.
